Welcome!
Hello and welcome to The Perpetual Hauntings of Edgar Allan Poe.
The goal of this website is to provide visual media to compliment the stories read in Dr. Linda Seltzer's ENGL 435: American Short Story class (Penn State- University Park). Throughout the course of the semester (Spring 2013), I have collected some of the cultural references to help illustrate how prolific Edgar Allan Poe continues to be, particularly in pop culture.
Some of the items collected within these pages are in the public domain, however I have provided credit. Every image or video contains the URL information; clicking on it will open a new tab, linking to the original source.
Please note that these materials have been collected through various internet websites and thus, the content belongs to each respective website and thus, as time goes on, some links may become broken. Additionally, I do not "own" any of this content.
Thank you and enjoy your visit to The Perpetual Hauntings of Edgar Allan Poe!
